Which university teachers do not teach you

Figures are great. They can last for just 45 minutes, your professor may or may not have invented Ethernet, and they can be very interesting. What makes college courses different from university teaching is that you are actually taking courses that are specific to your career, and you are more interested in paying attention, learning, and learning the lessons you have learned in the classroom , outside the classroom. However, what we learn outside of the classroom is precious than what we learn in lectures?

It's no secret that there are certain jobs that you absolutely need to have many years of experience in the classroom. I don't know about you but I definitely want to have a surgeon who went to primary school, and went through tranquility compared to someone on the street who has a pair of scissors looking to make money. On the other hand, there are many types of jobs that benefit from an employee who has background knowledge about the subject, such as teaching, but employees learn the most when they are in the classroom to get the first experience.

There are different types of students who need different levels of teaching so that they can be the best students and employees. This is not meant to say that classroom teaching is not important, because it provides the basics they need to navigate their own lives. Returning to our teaching example, a student could spend 4 years at the university learning about different student learning styles, teaching methods, etc. But if they were thrown into the classroom without a student teaching background the first day of school would be a recipe for disaster.

Everything seems to be changing these days, and it involves many practices. A professor can try to teach their students about the appropriate technology they need for their work, but when a student actually starts an internship, they will not really know what they need until they get real life experience.

What this means to you is that, regardless of what your majority is, getting your class is important. There is no surprise there. However, everyone needs some sort of experience of their intended work so they do not enter the first day and ask what Excel is (hopefully everyone has learned a lot in college). It is up to you to navigate in the field on your own and decide how what you have learned in college will help you with your future.
