I believe it is the responsibility of every school in America to promote multiculturalism in their schools. This means adopting a policy and curriculum that provides all students with education that enables them to participate in multicultural multicultural society. Governments and school administrators should strive to ensure that the community of students, families and staff is learning, handling properly, sharing the job of caring.
With my 22 years of experience in responding to and promoting multiculturalism in diverse educational institutions, I have developed a set of school management and governance rules that may be suggested to others in the field of public education:  – All members of school institutions must be safe, honored and appreciated. By actively participating in this type of learning environment, your schooling will contribute to intellectual, social and economic growth for all. Recognizing diversity is not enough – education systems should also seek to celebrate diverse games, talents, perspectives and values that characterize the learning community.
– Encourage teachers and build managers to truly acquaint themselves with their students and treat them as individuals. It is also important that all employees learn correctly the student and parent name.
– Active monitoring of the climate in each classroom and each schoolhouse. This ensures that both diversity and diversity of cultural policies are preserved and promoted.
– Always pay attention to current ethics and customs regarding communication, decision-making and resolution of problems related to ethnic and cultural groups. This involves being aware of the cultural differences associated with classroom participation and insignificant behavior. An analysis of these factors helps the school environment to understand the learning needs of individual students and groups of students, both on cultural and ethnic grounds.
– Focus on presenting study materials that allow students to actively participate in culture and other groups than those.
– When selecting classroom materials, make sure that texts and readings are gender, ethnic and cultural neutral in terms of language use.
– In charge of teaching at school level, make sure that teachers assume that all their students admit cultural, literary, or historical references that know most Americans and individuals in the main culture. Teachers should also advise not to treat students as advocates for the demographic group.
The school's leading role in serving multicultural multicultural students is simply the creation and maintenance of education that emphasizes diversity and diversity of views. Commitment to diversity includes commitment to participation and support of individuals from all groups, which involves different characteristics of individuals in the school community, but teaches students to think critically, work wisely, and work to promote public health.
