The location near a white sandy beach and bright blue water offered a refreshing sea chest and stunning backwards for our lessons.
Arrival in Phuket

Visit to the limit
I love to visit fresh foods in Asia. There are always a myriad of fresh fruits, vegetables and spices. Many you will not see in Western countries. The spices we buy crush into jars are nothing compared to new versions that you can buy on the market and grind yourself.
We visited the market in Old Phuket Town on our way to us. Our instructor managed to pick up fresh ingredients we needed for our recipes. Walking through the boundaries with local guides is always a fascinating experience.
Everything on the market has just been made fresh. The meat is chopped and the fish filleted. Spices are ground and mixed with paste. The housings are bursting with colorful contraction and dried ingredients as far as the eye can see. We saw the noodles that were made and got to try out some things we brought through the market.
The cooking was full of entertainment. Easy to follow recipe cards were provided. The preparation of each recipe was shown by a fun and knowledgeable teacher before we made the dish ourselves.
The classroom was well thought out. Classrooms in the classroom were styled with small lecture theaters about teacher work tables. It's a mirror above the workbench so you can see exactly what to do.
My classmates and I were able to ask questions and unscathed explanations of our recipe cards during the show.
After each show, it was time to cook. Everyone had their own work area in the kitchen. All dishes were prepared thoroughly under the chef's refrigerator.
Our first task was to make spring rolls. We chopped evenly, ground, dosed and fried our ingredients according to instructions. The smell of fresh produce cooked by our food was divine.
Thai cuisine is usually done at very high temperatures over gas. Care must be taken to cook things quickly without burning.
The contents of our pans were inspected before we moved our ingredients into small spring rolls to be deep fried.
When spring rolls were made, it was time to return to the classroom and learn how to do Tom Yum.
Tom Yum is a well-known Thai soup recipe. The soup has a taste that is salty, sour, sweet and spicy at the same time. His rich aroma and strong taste are the perfect remedy for closed vaccination.
Tom Yum is usually made with seafood (shrimp).
Classes prepared in class can be modified to suit diet. The seafood in my soup has been replaced by chicken for this reason.
We made 5 whole dishes, including vegetable vegetables in Thailand, Phad Thai and Mango with Sticky Rice for desserts.
After cooking comes to dinner!
We got to enjoy every right we had prepared as they were cooked.
Sitting and eating with your classmate is a great opportunity to relax and chat.
It was good to compare comments on the variants in the hard drive we had prepared.
We listen to some of our rights and decorations that did not quite fit our schedule.
The group had a full stomach at the end of the day.

I enjoy making my travels for my friends and family using talents and recipes from my cooking ingredients to prepare a delicious and authentic meal when I get home.
Finding the right ingredients at home can be difficult. I always want to photograph something that I find difficult to find. I take the pictures along my Asian food business. Sometimes I'm lucky and they have exactly what I'm looking for. At other times, they have been able to recommend a similar product or alternate.
Grind fresh ingredients with a mortar and pest you can take time, but the results are worth it!
When you get a taste for the real thing about buying ready-made jars of jars and curry, it's never as good.
