Are you harried? What is the definition of "harried" anyway? After looking up at the dictionary, she says, "Troubled persistently for a bitch." So what can we do about this title? Are you a home-working parent who is dealing with pimples? Things like, chaos, discipline problems, find balance in your home school, healthy social status … So what can we do to fix these tiny frustrations? Perhaps one thing that might be useful to us all is to learn to say one simple word … no.
We, like homeschoolers, have a real ministry. The Ministry of the Parent Company. As Shari, mother as homework in Illinois, contracts. She says, "When I kissed what God has called me to do, it didn't say anything much easier." Emphasize their projects, "the parent company and the teaching staff," keeps her content with life as a homework mom.
And as Christine Field, author, shares wisdom of Dr. Richard Swenson, "We cry out to God, help!" But God answers, "When you come back to where you are, I will help you. Remember, you are the creature, I am God, our motherhood, didn't we all want to be so much better? Don't you all want to be less harried?
