I love trying to figure out a good mystery. Perhaps I should have been a detective. Trying to guess what an indication indicates can be very fun. Here is an enjoyable Bible school. I think your children will have what reminisces the old TV episodes password where clues are given to show hidden words. Play this by helping the children memorize Psalm 119: 11 and you are working together.
Here's what you do:
By the end of this article, I've provided you with 10 sets of clues that point to different prominent Bible symbols. You will want to write each idea on an index card and then keep each set of cards in an envelope that designate the Bible student as evidence. Make sure your children can not see their name. You will also want some way to display each set of games. I always use a wallet to publish my cards. You can find one at your local teacher store. You must also receive an assignment in Psalm 119: 11, which states: "I have put your word in my heart, that I may not sin against you."
Here's how to play:
Change your class to 2 teams. Choose someone to be a supervisor. Say the following:
Psalm 119: 11 says, "I have put your word in my heart, that I may not sin against you." I like to hide content? You know, like in a special place where no one can find your special treasure? God's Word, the Bible, is the most special treasure you could ever have and the best place to hide it is in your heart. In other words, you need to memorize it and know it so that it can change your life from within.
Some of you know some Bible verses and some of the big stories and people in the Bible. Today we will play a game called "Bible Character Password" to see how much of God's word has been entrusted to your heart.
I have clues I will give that describes important people in the Bible. I will give one clue at a time to each team. The team I give a clue will have 10 seconds to try to guess what the idea refers to. If your team succeeds, get 100 points. If your team fails, the other team will get a further clue and then they will have 10 seconds to guess the Bible's personality. The one who guess first will get points. After all, I will choose someone from the team who guess correctly to recite Psalm 119: 11. If this person says right to the right, they will earn 100 points. By the way, if no one guesses the bible character from the clues given, no point gets points for putting clues. Okay! Let play!
1. You may want to recite Psalm 119: 11 over many times as a group to help them reduce it.
2. This game may end up slower or faster according to your children & # 39; knowledge. However, it is fun to get them to reduce Psalm 119: 11.
